The purpose of this role is to manage senior strategists and planner/junior on day-to-day client strategy needs on a single account or group of accounts – guiding insight generation, creative briefs, selling narratives, strategic POVs and go-to market plans

Strategic Research & Insight Discovery 

  • Conduct market, industry, and consumer research. 

  • Perform competitive analysis, evaluate communication activities, track industry shifts, and set campaign benchmarks. 

  • Analyze target audience behavior, consumer insights, and cultural nuances to inform and shape campaign strategies. 

Strategy Development & Campaign Narrative 

  • Formulate strategic direction, communication channels, and cohesive campaign narratives tailored to client business goals and briefs. 

  • Propose strategic recommendations for campaign concepts, platform ideas, messaging frameworks, and audience engagement approaches. 

  • Provide strategic consultation for integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) and brand experiential activations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Proposal Management 

  • Collaborate closely with Account and Creative teams to build strategic frameworks and unified communication directions. 

  • Review, refine, and finalize pitch decks/proposals prior to major client presentations. 

  • Adjust and optimize strategic directions based on internal feedback and client inputs throughout the pitch process. 

Client Engagement & Execution Alignment 

  • Participate in client briefs, Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings, internal brainstorms, and client presentations alongside the Account team. 

  • Provide continuous strategic oversight across project phases to ensure strategic alignment and consistency across all deliverables. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Appreciate for short-course or training new technology such as AI. 

  • Experience: 10–15+ years of strategic planning experience in an Integrated/Creative Agency, ideally handling Tech or Consumer Electronics accounts. 

  • Strong analytical mindset to translate market research and consumer insights into compelling campaign narratives and proposal decks. 

  • High flexibility and strong openness to new thinking, modern approaches, and emerging channels. 

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and English skills; confident in pitching to clients and bridging Creative and Account teams
