About this role

As a Strategy & Analytics Principal within our Customer Intelligence team, you will generate insights that directly influence business strategy. Your mission is to Lead key initiatives that translate customer data into high-impact growth strategies—accelerating new customer activation, maximizing order frequency, and proactively mitigating churn.

Collaborating closely across global teams, you will step into the shoes of our customers and partners, breaking silos to Deliver actionable analytical storylines. In this dynamic tech environment, you will use cutting-edge tools to Care for our community and drive sustainable commercial success.

These are some of the key components to the position: In this role, you will contribute to core strategic topics like our Loyalty Program while aiming high and driving excellence across the following daily responsibilities:

• Lead Strategy: Build a visionary analytical plan that sets clear goals, prioritises hypotheses, and drives high-impact stakeholder agendas.

• Deliver Customer Insights: Conduct advanced analyses using Python and SQL to uncover strategic, customer-centric growth opportunities.

• Drive Excellence: Build top-down data storylines with clear conclusions that influence executive decision-making.

• Collaborate & Lift Others: Work across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, helping one another succeed by breaking down silos.

• Innovate Responsibly: Provide thought leadership on new AI technologies to raise the bar for team efficiency and effectiveness.
