As a P&G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to: 

• Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas: promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising strategies; 

• Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies and tools; 

• Be involved in the design business plans that will deliver sales and market share objectives; 

• Help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us; 

• Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications

• Enrolled in “Categorie Protette” (L.68/99);
• Master students or recent Master graduates with strong academic results; 

• Have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills; 

• Have excellent project management skills, are able to see planned ideas through to the implementation stage; 

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 

• Fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English; 

• Have a valid driver's license; 

• Available for a 6 months internship.
