We're looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Strategic People Partner to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in shaping organisational success through people, culture and workforce strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who thrives on influencing at director level, leading organisational transformation, and developing workforce strategies that drive sustainable business performance.

As a trusted adviser to Functional Directors and senior leadership teams, you'll bring insight, challenge and expertise to support critical business decisions, helping leaders build high-performing, future-ready functions.

Importantly, this role is focused on strategic business partnering rather than operational HR activity. You will not be responsible for routine employee relations casework or transactional HR support.

As Strategic People Partner, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people and workforce strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, ensuring the organisation has the capability, capacity and leadership required for future success.
• Drive organisation design and effectiveness initiatives that improve performance, accountability and productivity.
• Lead the people aspects of significant transformation programmes, restructures and operating model changes.
• Use workforce analytics, market insight and organisational data to influence decision-making and identify opportunities.
• Shape culture, engagement and employee experience strategies that strengthen organisational performance and inclusion.
• Provide strategic advice on complex workforce, organisational and people-related risks.
• Champion innovative and data-led people practices, leveraging technology and emerging HR trends.

We're looking for a highly credible strategic HR professional who can build trusted relationships at the most senior levels of the organisation.

You'll bring:

• Significant HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience within a complex organisation.
• A proven track record of influencing executive and senior leaders on workforce, organisational and cultural priorities.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect people strategy with business outcomes.
• Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
• Advanced consulting and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify root causes and deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong analytical capability and experience using workforce data and insights to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• A sound understanding of employment law, governance and organisational risk.
