  • Creating, presenting, and delivering insights using executive communication skills, including customer insights, growth forecasts, account risks, contract status, operational updates, and innovative approaches to value-based contracts and customer data sets.

  • Identifying opportunities using data trends, industry partners, Salesforce pipeline management, customer needs, distributor program performance, and organizational goals to meet growth objectives.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, contracts, pricing, customer service, regulatory, quality, operations, supply chain, and field sales, to ensure strategic alignment and timely resolution of barriers impacting kit inclusion, product availability, order flow, and customer satisfaction.

  • Creating and implementing strategic and operational account plans, business reviews, field engagement plans, and distributor program execution by leveraging project management skills and strong commercial judgment.
