About the Role

As a Store person at our Richlands branch, you will play an important role in ensuring industrial products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.  

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy and customer service, and contributes positively to a team.

What Your Day Will Look Like:  

• Receive, check and put away incoming stock accurately.  

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently and safely.  

• Assist with general warehouse and store operations to keep the branch running smoothly.  

• Maintain stock accuracy through effective inventory handling and stock control.  

• Assist customers with product, order, stock availability, delivery and account enquiries via phone and email.  

• Work closely with branch and internal teams to deliver reliable customer service.  

• Assist with local customer deliveries when required.  

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.  

About You  

To be successful, you will bring:  

• Previous experience in a receiving, dispatch, picking and packing, warehouse role.  

• A current driver’s licence.  

• A current forklift licence is desirable.  

• A strong commitment to safe work practices and warehouse housekeeping.  

• Good attention to detail, particularly when receiving stock and preparing customer orders.  

• Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner.  

• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively.  

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.  

Highly Regarded   

• Experience or knowledge in Industrial Hose and fittings or similar background.
