The Role + Purpose:

The Store Planner provides support in creating, managing, and executing sales and inventory plans from investment through allocation at the regional and store level. The Store Planner is responsible for providing teams with relevant data and analysis throughout the product lifecycle. This role is well suited to candidates from a range of backgrounds who bring strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to planning.

Financial Planning – Forecasting

• Provide data and recommendations to influence the development of regional and store-level plans.
• Assist in the development of regional and store-level strategies.

Plan Management – Allocation

• Support in-season management of department- and class-level plans, including ongoing assessments and updates.
• Execute geographically-based inventory releases.
• Ensure accuracy to support in-season strategies.
• Execute store-level exceptions and new store allocations.

Business Process Management – Supply Chain Operations

• Execute allocation to the regional and store level, where required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of store planning or related analytical experience.
• Strong analytic, financial, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math.
• Systems and Tools Acumen: proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the aptitude to learn technical applications quickly.
