We're looking for a Retail Manager to lead the charge at our two Queenstown locations: our brand store and our outlet. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role, drive performance, and help shape the future of our retail experience.

Your role

As our Retail Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of retail across both stores, ensuring each location hits its goals while delivering an incredible experience for every customer. Working closely with the National Retail Manager and our global team, you’ll drive sales, build community connections and cultivate a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

·        Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to exceed KPIs and sales targets, leading from the floor 75% of the time across both Queenstown locations.

·        Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that amplifies our Mons Royale brand values.

·        Manage store operations, including stock control and pricing, cash handling, security, and visual merchandising.

·        Bring the brand to life through local activations, events, and partnerships

·        Champion in-store training to grow product knowledge and sales confidence

·        Keep stores compliant, safe, and aligned with company standards

·        Act as the key link between stores and HQ, sharing insights, ideas, and opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally with multi-site or high-volume experience
• A track record of driving sales and leading teams
• Motivated by sales targets and KPI's
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, stock management, and customer service best practices.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to build an inclusive and motivated team culture.
