Job Description

Position Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers  
• Pick up returns and cores
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot  
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts

Success Factors

• Safe driving and navigation ability
• Friendly communication
• Ability to locate and stock parts   
• Strong Knowledge of HRM

Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as a Driver

• Speak and write English, communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and leadership
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately  
• Ability to work an Tuesday & Friday 8am-5pm weekly

Prior Experience that Sets a Driver up for Success

• Automotive parts experience is preferred

Education

• No specific education needed

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Physical Demands

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.  The employee is required to be able to talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Hourly range is $16.75 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience. This is an entry level position. Only successful applicants will be selected for an interview via Email.
