Tasks and Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch Service Engineers to breakdown and call-out activities, keeping customers informed through clear and effective communication at every stage.
• Plan and arrange work arising from Thorough Examinations and scheduled service activities.
• Organise third-party work through approved suppliers when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional call-handling standards.
• Maintain accurate planning and scheduling data.
• Ensure timesheet information is completed accurately and updated promptly to support efficient job processing.
• Resolve invoice-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, scheduling, or planning role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making abilities.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous planning or scheduling experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
