KBR is looking for STATIC TECHNICIAN who maintains Static equipment’s and Piping systems in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Static equipment’s and Process Piping systems.
Responsibilities:
Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
Leading the team of Technicians.
Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...
Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements.
Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.
Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
