Zakres obowiązków

• Praca na różnych stanowiskach kontroli jakości (OBA/FAI, analiza XRAY, budynki B i C) zgodnie z bieżącymi potrzebami produkcji.
• Prowadzenie szkoleń wewnętrznych z zakresu kontroli jakości oraz weryfikacja wiedzy i umiejętności osób kontrolujących.
• Aktywne wspieranie rozwoju kompetencji zespołu jakości.
• Wsparcie koordynatora lub koordynatorki zmianowej – zarządzanie priorytetami i zespołem podczas nieobecności tej osoby.
• Udział we wdrażaniu nowych narzędzi i aplikacji wspierających procesy jakościowe.
• Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów jakościowych we współpracy z innymi działami.
• Reprezentowanie działu jakości podczas audytów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych.
• Przestrzeganie zasad BHP oraz procedur środowiskowych obowiązujących na stanowisku pracy.

Poszukiwana jest osoba:

• z doświadczeniem w kontroli jakości w środowisku produkcyjnym,
• samodzielna, potrafiąca podejmować decyzje i wspierać zespół w sytuacjach wymagających szybkiej reakcji,
• komunikatywna, zaangażowana i otwarta na rozwój oraz dzielenie się wiedzą,
• odporna na stres, elastyczna w działaniu i gotowa do zmian grafiku pracy.
