  • Creating reporting that gives clear visibility of compliance, competency and critical maintenance activity.

  • Working with responsible teams to address variances and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintaining competency frameworks, skills matrices, training records and authorisation requirements.

  • Helping define the technical and competency requirements for standby, emergency and out-of-hours maintenance response.

  • Developing resilience plans for critical skills, specialist assets and safety-critical maintenance activities.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience of developing or governing maintenance standards, procedures or technical documentation.

  • An understanding of competency management, skills matrices, training records and authorisation processes.

  • Working knowledge of health and safety, regulatory compliance and process safety expectations

  • The ability to assess operational risk and make balanced, evidence-led decisions.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
