About this Stage ingénieur : Utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle pour la migration de C++ vers python de l’outil de test du logiciel embarqué (F/H) role at NXP Semiconductors
Contexte
L’équipe « NFC Software», basée à Caen, a pour responsabilité de fournir les logiciels (firmware et middleware) nécessaires au fonctionnement des composants NFC conçus par NXP.
Ces composants, qui équipent une majorité des téléphones mobiles et objets connectés et leur permettent de communiquer (transactions bancaires, gestion d’accès, échange de données sécurisés), sont diffusés à très grande échelle. Afin de répondre efficacement à ces besoins, des outils de validation sont développés en interne.
Nous recherchons dans ce domaine un ou une stagiaire de fin d’étude pour une durée de 6 mois.
Vos missions
Le(a) stagiaire réalisera une ou plusieurs des missions suivantes :
Analyse approfondie de l’existant, des besoins et proposition de solutions techniques
Migrer grâce à l’IA l’outil de test du logiciel embarque depuis il implémentation C++ vers une implémentation Python
Vérifier automatiquement l’équivalence des 2 implémentations
Votre profil
Niveau d’étude
Bac +5, dernière année d’Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Master 2, en spécialité Informatique Industrielle ou Informatique
Connaissances souhaitées
Développement logicielle (architectures logicielles et matérielles, C, python, C#, méthodes de validation)
Bon niveau d’anglais, capacité d’évolution dans un contexte international
Une forte passion pour le développement logiciel et la capacité d’appréhender rapidement de nouveaux sujets techniques sont des points clés pour la réussite de ce stage
Context
The NFC Software team, based in Caen, is responsible for providing the software (firmware and middleware) required for the operation of NFC components designed by NXP.
These components, which are embedded in the majority of mobile phones and connected devices, enable communication for applications such as banking transactions, access management, and secure data exchange.
They are deployed on a very large scale worldwide.
To efficiently support these needs, in-house validation tools are developed and maintained.
We are looking for a final-year intern for a 6-month internship within this domain.
Your Responsibilities
The intern will be involved in one or more of the following activities:
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing solution and requirements, and propose technical improvements
Leverage AI technologies to migrate the embedded software testing tool from its current C++ implementation to a Python implementation
Develop automated methods to verify the functional equivalence of both implementations
Your Profile
Education
Master's degree (MSc) or final year of an Engineering School program (equivalent to a Master's degree), specializing in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or Industrial Computing
Desired Skills and Knowledge
Software development skills, including software and hardware architectures, C, Python, C#, and validation methodologies
Good command of English and ability to work effectively in an international environment
A strong passion for software development and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technical topics are key success factors for this internship.
