About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

Polymarket is making a high-stakes bet on crypto markets right now, and this role owns the full product surface for crypto within the US app — 15-minute markets, hourly markets, weekly markets, strike markets, up/down markets across assets. You'll be setting the roadmap, coordinating execution, and making the calls that determine whether we win or lose market share against Kalshi and every other competitor in this space.

This is a senior IC role with real ownership. The mandate is clear: grow Polymarket's share of crypto markets, starting with the US app. Crypto markets are technically complex — with real market structure considerations, liquidity dynamics, and resolution mechanisms that matter — but the audience we're building for is retail. That tension, between crypto depth and consumer simplicity, is exactly what this role has to resolve.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own the product roadmap for crypto markets in the US app, including prioritization across market formats, resolution mechanisms, and trader-facing features

  • Coordinate with engineering and design to ship and iterate on 15-minute, hourly, and weekly crypto markets, keeping execution tight and timelines honest

  • Work directly with market makers to understand liquidity constraints and improve the structure of strike and up/down markets

  • Analyze trader behavior, volume data, and liquidity metrics to identify where the product is falling short and what to build next

  • Run structured experiments on market formats, resolution mechanisms (including VWAP and TWAP), and retail onboarding flows to find what drives engagement and retention

  • Track competitive positioning against Kalshi and other platforms, and translate that into concrete product decisions

  • Represent the crypto product surface in cross-functional planning, making sure engineering, design, and business stakeholders are aligned on what matters and why

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer-facing company, with a track record of shipping high-impact features as a senior IC

  • Deep working knowledge of crypto markets, including major assets, market dynamics, and how retail traders think about and interact with crypto products

  • Hands-on experience with trading product concepts including order books, market structure, and price resolution mechanisms such as VWAP or TWAP

  • Demonstrated ability to move fast in an ambiguous environment, make prioritization calls under pressure, and own outcomes end to end

  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable pulling and interpreting data to inform product decisions, not just relying on intuition

  • Clear, direct communication style that works across engineering, design, and external partners like market makers

  • (Plus) Direct experience working with market makers or liquidity providers on product or market structure decisions

  • (Plus) Prior exposure to prediction markets, information markets, or event-based trading products

Benefits

  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $250,000 to $400,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

This range reflects a good-faith estimate for this position. Experience levels vary widely within a title here, so please reach out even if your expectations fall outside it. We're always happy to chat.
