Job Title: Staff Platform Engineer
Location: Bangalore - Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team: CTO

Impact & Contribution:

Design and Develop reliable, scalable automation and cloud platforms across hybrid environments, improving system stability and delivery speed. Through strong SRE, DevSecOps, and automation practices, you enhance platform resilience, operational efficiency, and secure delivery of business‑critical services. 

  • Manage AWS platforms, including compute, networking, and hybrid cloud integrations. 

  • Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using scripting languages and tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation. 

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement version control best practices using GitHub, GitLab, and modern DevOps toolchains. 

  • Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams to establish and enforce DevSecOps, governance, and automation standards. 

  • Automate Cloud and DevSecOps platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise environments. 

  • Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices to enhance system availability, improve incident response, and drive operational excellence across cloud infrastructures. 


Essential Skills:

  • 12 + years Exp in Automation, Cloud & DevSecOps  

  • Deep expertise in AWS services, especially IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudWatch, KMS, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions. 

  • Strong architecture and design skills for distributed, scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-native systems. 

  • Demonstrated success delivering secure, resilient, and automated cloud platforms in enterprise environments. 

  • Experience with database, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies. 

  • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, including various Guard rails 

  • Experience with observability practices (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc) 

  • Experience in DevOps/SRE/System Engineering in Cloud environment. 

  • Highly proficient working with various scripting/programming languages such as - Python, Typescript, PowerShell , Bash,  

  • Strong experience in working with Infrastructure as Code - CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform 

  • CI/CD tools like CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Artifactory, Github actions  

  • Experienced with distributed version control systems- GitHub, GitLab 

  • Experience with configuration management Ansible automation platform (optional) 

  • Good understanding of cost optimization and operational efficiency in AWS environments.
