  • Apply Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design for Manufacture (DFM), statistical methods, and Design of Experiments (DOE) to support robust product development.
  • Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, protocols, reports, and design history records.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in medical device research and development or another highly regulated engineering environment.
  • Proven success leading complex product development programs from concept through commercialization.
  • Strong knowledge of design controls, verification and validation, risk management, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with CAD tools and tolerance analysis; SolidWorks experience is advantageous.
  • Hands-on expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE), DFSS, and DFM, with a track record of applying these methods to optimize product performance and manufacturability.
