  • Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Validation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Support, and external partners.

  • Coordinate prototype and production builds, including design, BOM, materials, suppliers, software, firmware, testing, defects, quality gates, and operational handoffs.

  • Experience managing schedules, critical paths, RAID and decision logs, action trackers, change control, and multiple workstreams.

  • Experience coordinating prototype or production builds, supplier deliverables, material readiness, testing, defect resolution, and manufacturing handoffs.

  • Persistent follow-through, strong documentation, and the confidence to challenge unclear status, drive closure, and escalate risks early.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including concise program updates, decision documents, and executive escalations.

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, or communication.

  • Experience with contract manufacturers, ODMs, or international suppliers is preferred, not required
