Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst(Battery) located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, This Sr. Supply Chain Analyst role is a member of the Global Supply Management organization, the candidate will monitor shortage items, liaise with stakeholders to close escalation paths and stablish reviews meetings to expedite supplier responses. Key responsibilities include daily tracking of factory demand, monitoring build plan fluctuations, and ensuring the timely availability of battery cells and energy products, including alignment with additional CTB components required for product builds.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Review and validate shortage data with Site Procurement teams to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and drive timely corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary interface between manufacturing sites and suppliers, coordinating material supply plans and delivery commitments to support production schedules and customer demand.
  • Manage purchase orders, shipment tracking, order expediting, and supplier follow-up activities to maintain uninterrupted material availability and visibility of on-hand, in-transit, and incoming inventory.
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing to assess supplier capacity, business continuity risks, and technology roadmaps to ensure long-term supply assurance and support organizational growth objectives.
  • Analyze Clear-to-Build (CTB) performance and demand fluctuations to identify root causes of material constraints and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of critical components and materials against shortage reports, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation plans.
  • Lead inventory health reviews, including excess and obsolete material analysis, and implement actions to minimize obsolescence risk while improving inventory efficiency.
  • Support factory build plan execution through daily monitoring of demand changes, supply commitments, and material availability, ensuring alignment between supply and production requirements.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate supplier-related risks impacting production, including shortages, logistics disruptions, quality issues, and capacity constraints.
  • Utilize ERP and planning systems to maintain accurate supply chain data, support forecasting activities, and improve decision-making through data-driven analytics.
  • Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.  
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area. 
  • Must have an understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.  
  • A background in electronics manufacturing and a thorough understanding of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) product development process.  
  • To perform the major job responsibilities the use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, and database systems.
