About This Role:

1. Production Performance Standards

Objective: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in core lockbox processing equipment while meeting department production targets and maintaining accurate daily reporting.

Measurable Targets:

• Opex 40: Maintain minimum 13,000 items per hour
• Eagle: Maintain minimum 4,800 items per hour
• Falcon: Maintain minimum 800 items per hour
• Monthly Production Score: Achieve and maintain 100% average score for all assigned production tasks

2. Quality Excellence Standards

Objective: Process all customer and bank deposits with exceptional accuracy, modeling best practices for the broader team.

Measurable Targets:

• Error Rate: Maintain fewer than 5 errors per 100,000 items processed monthly
• Quality Review: Complete weekly review of personal statistics and error trends
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and address quality issues, escalating patterns or concerns to the assigned Supervisor or Manager

3. Equipment Expertise and Operational Support

Objective: Serve as the department's subject matter expert on Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 systems, ensuring work keeps moving and all processing meets deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Equipment Mastery: Maintain expert-level proficiency on all three core processing systems
• Workflow Support: Monitor processing queues and proactively support the team in meeting deadlines
• Issue Escalation: Identify processing issues, equipment concerns, or workflow disruptions and escalate promptly to the assigned Supervisor or Manager
• Deadline Adherence: Ensure all assigned work is completed on time in accordance with department service standards

4. Training and Knowledge Transfer

Objective: Support department growth by providing formal one-on-one training to new hires on core processing systems and procedures.

Training Responsibilities:

• New Hire Training: Conduct structured, one-on-one training sessions with new team members on Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 operations
• Procedure Guidance: Ensure new hires understand processing standards, quality expectations, and escalation procedures
• Coverage Support: Step in to support mentoring and cross-training functions when the Supervisor is unavailable
• Knowledge Documentation: Utilize and maintain current training materials to ensure consistency in instruction

5. Professional Development and Compliance

Objective: Advance professional capabilities while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.

Specific Requirements:

• MDI Participation: Actively participate in Huddles, lead or contribute meaningfully to Problem Solving meetings, and submit Continuous Improvement tickets reflecting expert-level insight
• KPI Contribution: Take an active role in the development of new Key Performance Indicators and Tier 2 KPIs
• Skills Enhancement: Update Skills Matrix quarterly with new competencies and growth goals
• Learning Investment: Complete 8 hours of one selected activity: volunteer work, Workday course, department job shadowing, or blood drive participation
• Process Improvement: Generate a minimum of 1 problem-solving ticket with documented process improvement savings
• Compliance Training: Complete all assigned compliance courses by specified deadlines
• Innovation Contribution: Create and present 1 problem/idea/enhancement at CI forum during year-end huddle

Additional Qualifications:
1. Standard office machine experience
2. Demonstrated ability to solve or support complex clerical/department functions.
3. Personal computer skills.

4. Six months of previous Payment Processor experience.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Basic Qualifications:
1. Regular and predictable attendance is a required essential function of the job.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. One year related experience (production or payment processing).
4. Ability to understand and follow standard procedures, oral or written instruction.

Compensation:

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
