2. 品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）
•    ISO9001／ISO14001および社内基準の遵守・維持
•    内部監査、外部監査、顧客監査への対応リード
•    QMSの継続的改善
3. 品質問題・顧客対応
•    クレームおよび不適合の対応・再発防止（RCA：8D等）
•    品質指標の改善（クレーム・不適合低減）
•    是正・予防措置の推進
4. ラボ機能統括
•    試験・分析・製品判定プロセスの管理
•    データの信頼性・正確性の確保
•    ラボの効率化および能力向上
5. 部門横断最適化
•    製造部門と連携し、Yield、原料コスト、設備負荷のバランス最適化を推進
•    データに基づく判断支援およびリスク評価
6. 戦略・改善
•    品質戦略および改善ロードマップの策定・実行
•    品質コスト（COPQ）の最適化
•    プロセス改善・標準化・デジタル化の推進

Education/Experience

•    学士または修士（化学／化学工学などであれば尚可）
•    製造業における品質業務経験（5～10年以上）
•    QMS、監査、顧客対応の実務経験
•    組織マネジメント経験
