The Project Manager’s primary focus as the Information System Owner will be to ensure the SIPRNet Lab maintains operation and accreditation, and that support and access are provided to the programs that require it. Other duties include supporting Program Managers in their ownership of collateral level classified labs through close work with IT and Cybersecurity and a strong understanding of classified system requirements.

A successful candidate will be comfortable working with people at all levels of the company as well as with government customers. The candidate will have a general understanding of the government contractor relationship and Earned Value Management to effectively manage the budget. They will be familiar with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to manage continued accreditation and approval from multiple government organizations. The candidate must be a proactive self-starter who thrives without direct oversight. • Maintain ownership of all lab equipment
  • Act as a member of the Incident Response Team (IRT) in reporting/resolving any security violations/incidents
  • Maintain records in SharePoint and track lab related tasks in JIRA
  • Other duties as required to support the labs and support team.

The selected candidate will take ownership of SIPRNet systems and coordination and maintain a culture of security, cohesion, and customer support. The candidate should be quick to provide support, but also not hesitate to hold users to restrictions defined in policies governing the lab and site. The candidate will have the ability to understand both business goals and requirements as well as security requirements and ensure balance between them.
