Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing large projects for an operations department or Line of Business. Key responsibilities include directing the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product, and service requirements and managing the analysis of assembled data to define problems, including cost/benefit analysis and scope of the project. Job expectations include overseeing end-to-end project status, project health, mitigation, and timely escalation and working directly with senior management to set and maintain strategic project direction.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and direct activities related to LOB operations initiatives and impacts from other LOB initiatives
  • Lead and organize the ideation, design, and execution of complex business processes and process changes
  • Oversee Fraud Investigations change management program and change execution
  • Cross functional engagement with partners and other operational units
  • Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements.
  • Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with project scope.
  • Directs project parameters, cost and resource estimates.
  • Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction.
  • Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of comprehensive knowledge in unethical and criminal activities including but not limited to at risk persons, conflicts of interest, account take over, money laundering, collusion, sales ethics violations, manipulation of bank systems, transactional fraud, customer impersonation, compromised customer account information, identity theft, embezzlement, account abuse and other potential criminal threats.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and procedures, proficient judgment and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage business needs and resources intraday to meet business performance goals
  • Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging, influence stakeholders, and deliver impactful written, verbal, and executive-level presentations across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to influence and build partnerships across complex, cross-functional organizations to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver against key milestones and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

  • Performance management experience leveraging metrics and insights to drive results.
  • Proven ability to identify gaps, develop solutions, and lead successful issue resolution.
  • End-to-end process transformation experience, including opportunity identification, business case development, funding approval, and implementation execution.
