About this Sr Marketing Program Manager Cloud LATAM role at TD SYNNEX
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead and execute the cloud marketing strategy across Latin America. This role will be responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders, and supporting the growth of leading cloud vendors and solutions across the region.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience in 360° marketing, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional Cloud Marketing strategy across Latin America.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, demand generation, brand awareness, and partner initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align marketing objectives and business priorities.
- Work closely with cloud vendor teams, partners, and internal business units to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective prioritization and execution.
- Measure campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal marketing support teams responsible for creative development, communications, and campaign execution.
- Support regional cloud initiatives involving hyperscalers and cloud ecosystem partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in 360° marketing roles.
- Experience managing B2B and/or B2C marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Advanced Spanish proficiency (required).
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across countries and business units.
- Excellent communication, organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the technology industry.
- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems and vendors such as:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud
- Oracle Cloud
- IBM Cloud
- Understanding of cloud consumption models, partner ecosystems, ISVs, and cloud go-to-market strategies.
- Portuguese proficiency is considered a plus.

- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is desirable
