Job Description:

Job Summary
The Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital Access Program (DAP) Relationship Manager, is responsible for managing and growing strategic Digital Access Program partnerships that drive volume, revenue, and customer acquisition. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for multiple DAP partners, ensuring partner satisfaction, business performance, and long-term growth. The incumbent collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and optimize partner performance.
The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship management, account management, or sales experience and has a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business results.


Responsibilities
•    Manage a portfolio of Digital Access Program (DAP) partners and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing relationship management.
•    Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase partner engagement, shipping volume, revenue, and overall program performance.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
•    Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with partners to drive adoption of UPS products and services.
•    Partner with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Pricing, and Operations, to address partner needs and implement growth initiatives.
•    Monitor partner performance, analyze business metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
•    Lead business reviews with partners, presenting performance results, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
•    Resolve escalated issues and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely solutions and positive partner experiences.
•    Support contract renewals, partner negotiations, and expansion opportunities as appropriate.
•    Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments that may impact partner performance and growth.


Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development, sales, partner management, or a related field.
•    Experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving business growth.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience working with strategic partnerships, ecommerce platforms, technology partners, or digital marketplaces.
•    Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple internal teams.
•    Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue and performance metrics.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable results.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $9,060 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $16,795 monthly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
