The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Lab Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in performing and analyzing laboratory tests and experiments for dental materials.
• Learn analytical techniques, collect and analyze observations, results, and
discuss interpretations and design
• Problem-solve to fix equipment, run test methods, evaluate materials, and
address other lab-related challenges
• Collaborate with laboratory teams
• Gain experience related to the development of new products

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Degree or higher

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2 years experience in a laboratory support role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in mechanical testing at a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience with test method development and material property data collection
• Computer skills
• Statistical knowledge and practice
• Collaborative communication skills

Work location:
• Onsite at Eagan

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $47,040 - $64,680, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
