- Lead technical and architectural discussions with senior client stakeholders, engineers, and platform teams, translating business requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Provide senior-level engineering support across Windows (focus), Linux, virtualization, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
- Establish engineering standards, documentation, and operational best practices to reduce technical debt and improve platform reliability.
- Partner with client teams to define modernization roadmaps and deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Expert-level Windows Server engineering experience (Windows Server 2019 and 2025 preferred).
- Strong PowerShell development experience, including automation framework and pipeline creation.
- Proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation and operational tooling.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Harness, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and modernizing CI/CD and infrastructure deployment pipelines.
- Experience assessing and refactoring legacy automation codebases, improving documentation, and implementing engineering standards.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, Windows CIS security baselines, and automated system hardening.
- Automation integration with VMware vSphere 8 and 9 for system deployment
- Experience leading architecture reviews, technical workshops, and executive-level discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
