Scope:

  • The Partner Network team is responsible for the Commercialization of the Trading Partners on the Blue Yonder Network (BYN)
  • Trading Partners are companies that have joined the Blue Yonder ecosystem due to their partner signing up with Blue Yonder (BY), e.g. the Suppliers and Carriers of a Retail will join BYN to work with the Retailer.
  • The Partner Network team works with the Carriers and Suppliers who are now part of the Network.
  • This Position sits at the center of the Trading Partner Network’s success — ensuring that strategy translates into execution, and that every partner interaction drives value for both the partner and the business.

 

Technical Environment:

  • Work Management/Issue Tracking: Aha!, JIRA
  • Documentation: Confluence, Sharepoint
  • Reporting/Analytics: Excel

 

What you’ll do:

Execution & Issue Management

  • Track team priorities, projects, deliverables, action items, and commitments to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor JIRA work items and Aha! enhancement requests for ownership, status, aging, and progress.
  • Track cross-functional issues and dependencies with PMG, PD, and other external teams.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue or at-risk items and drive actions through resolution.
  • Maintain a reliable source of truth for team priorities, commitments, issues, and dependencies.

Operational Reporting & Governance

  • Establish and maintain regular operating cadences for tracking priorities, issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into overall team execution and operational health.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
  • Ensure action items have clear ownership, target dates, next steps, and follow-through.

Process Management & Documentation

  • Capture and standardize end-to-end Partner Network processes and operating workflows.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation in Confluence.
  • Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure documentation remains accurate and current.
  • Identify process gaps, inconsistent handoffs, and operational friction.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, governance, reporting, and team processes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve operational processes.
  • Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and partner with appropriate teams to evaluate and implement solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts across the Partner Network.

 

 

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, program/project coordination, PMO, product operations, or a similar role within a software/technology organization.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, action items, projects, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar work management tools.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation or SOPs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable professionally challenging stakeholders and escalating issues when commitments are at risk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Charts, Visio, or similar tools.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain software, or technology operations.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, product enhancement processes, defect management, and software releases.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
