Must have hand on Articleship / internship experience with CA/CS practicing firm around 2 years. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• CORPORATE & SECRETARIAL COMPLIANCE 

• Support compliance under the Companies Act 2013, including statutory records, ROC filings and corporate documentation. 

• RBI & FEMA COMPLIANCE 

• Manage applicable RBI & FEMA reporting and compliance requirements, including FLA, ECB and foreign exchange-related filings. 

• STATUTORY REPORTING 

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of statutory returns and regulatory reports. 

• MSME COMPLIANCE 

• Monitor MSME payment requirements and support related statutory filings and documentation. 

• COMPLIANCE MONITORING 

• Maintain compliance calendars, track deadlines and ensure timely closure of compliance activities. 

• REGULATORY UPDATES 

• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company. 

• STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION 

• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities for timely compliance. 

• AUDIT & TAX ASSESSMENT SUPPORT 

• Support internal audits, statutory audits and tax assessments, including preparation of schedules, data, reconciliations and responses to queries. 

• OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 

• QUALITY: Comply with Zentiva Quality Management System, Quality Policy, and applicable good practices Employee is obliged to regularly train in this policy 

• HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT: Follow all HSE Environmental Management requirements defined by internal rules and regulations. Adheres to the principles communicated within the ESMS Policy of Zentiva detailed in the internal rules of the Company for the purpose of observing the rules of the Health & Safety at Work and the Environmental & Safety Management System 

• PHARMACOVIGILANCE: All employees are obliged to report any suspicion to adverse events of medicinal products, any adverse events concerning use of a medical device and any other safety information about medicinal products or medical devices in line with relevant internal regulations 

• ETHICAL COMPLIANCE: Comply with internal policies, procedures, and the Zentiva Code of Ethics. Country Specific: The employee will comply with all internal rules of the Company, mainly with the Working Order of the Company and all other internal rules specifying the provisions of the Working Order. The employee will make her/himself acquainted with the Code of Ethics (Zentiva “Code of Ethics) and will comply with the principles stated therein and in all related policies and other internal documents
