As a ServiceNow Developer Senior Associate you will support cybersecurity workstreams focused on ServiceNow design, development, configuration, reporting, integrations, and testing within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and mentor junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to secure system improvements, translate client needs into workable solutions, and help deliver dependable outcomes across a range of cybersecurity needs.

Responsibilities

- Developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions for governance, risk, and compliance workflows
- Configuring platform features, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and integrations
- Gathering user and process requirements, then translating them into workflow enhancements and technical design
- Performing quality review and user acceptance testing to validate functionality, data accuracy, and process alignment
- Troubleshooting platform issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective changes across development cycles
- Supporting agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination
- Interpreting stakeholder feedback and adjusting solution design to support evolving security and compliance needs
- Mentoring junior team members through code review, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Applying JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web services, and related tools to extend platform capabilities
- Building client relationships by communicating progress, clarifying priorities, and addressing implementation challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
- Demonstrating ServiceNow development experience across GRC workflows and configurations
- Applying JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services in platform development
- Using Agile methods while handling complex client support deliverables
- Interpreting data, feedback, and business context to guide enhancements
