  • Maintain and refresh workforce plans, models, and assumptions as business, talent, and technology priorities evolve.
  • Develop data-driven insights, summaries, and recommendations to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
  • Provide consultative support to DAIO leaders and cross-functional partners, using data, workforce insights, and structured problem solving to identify workforce implications, evaluate options, and inform decisions.

  • Support change management activities associated with workforce transformation, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, engagement, readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Assess the people and organizational impacts of changes to roles, skills, processes, technologies, and ways of working and help translate those impacts into actionable change and workforce plans.
  • Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and success measures; identify risks and issues and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate execution across HR, DAIO teams, Learning, and Technology partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

  • Partner with HR and Learning teams to execute skilling and upskilling initiatives, including AI, analytics, and digital capability programs.
  • Support build-versus-buy analyses by gathering and synthesizing data on internal skills, external labor markets, and vendor options.
  • Serve as a day-to-day working partner for assigned stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on deliverables.
  • Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder discussions to gather input, synthesize perspectives, develop recommendations, and drive alignment around workforce and transformation priorities.
  • Support coordination with vendors and partners by tracking deliverables, documenting outcomes, and supporting governance processes.

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning, management or internal consulting, change management, HR analytics, or transformation-focused roles.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated consulting skills, including structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, synthesis of complex information, and development of recommendations for senior leaders.

  • Experience supporting change management and adoption for complex organizational, workforce, technology, or operating model transformations.

  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Working knowledge of workforce planning concepts, skills-based talent approaches, and transformation initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of change management principles and approaches, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, readiness, and adoption.
