About this Sr. Commercial Relationship Specialist role at UMB Financial
At UMB Bank, the Sr. Commercial Relationship Specialist provides a highly skilled level of support to Relationship Managers and Clients within Commercial Banking while maintaining and supporting the development of relationships with customers and internal partners.
How you'll spend your day:
Assist Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships.
Act as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationships.
Assist with post-closing items such as exception citing's, covenant items, and booking accuracy.
Work closely with Relationship Manager(s) to successfully onboard new Deposit Account for clients as well as provide guidance to clients to the appropriate resource for servicing and assistance.
Maintain client records for both loan and deposit accounts.
Provide professional and courteous customer service while answering questions, researching issues, and providing resolutions as needed.
Facilitate loan payments, loan payoffs, and collateral release requests.
Assist with Analysis Refund requests.
Facilitate no-pin wires.
Assist with transfers (account to account, loan to account).
Manage daily customer overdraft communication and decisioning.
Assist with Loan and Deposit Account information/documentation.
Assist with Salesforce maintenance.
Other duties as necessary.

You possess a High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of general banking experience or 3+ years commercial banking experience.
Compensation Range:
$59,085 - $86,922The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and what it expects to be the starting pay for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
