About the Role

As the Sr. Brand Media Manager, you will own the strategic roadmap for our brand media allocation, audience targeting, and measurement framework. Reporting directly to the Director of Patient Marketing, you will bridge the gap between upper-funnel brand building and lower-funnel action, ensuring our investment drives both top-of-mind Awareness and tangible Patient Starts.

This is a high-visibility role requiring a blend of top-tier media planning expertise, sharp analytical acumen, and the communication skills necessary to interface regularly with our C-suite. You will act as the key connective tissue between our external agency partners and our internal Brand, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Finance teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand media planning and buying

• Deep, hands-on experience planning and optimizing campaigns across premium streaming / Connected TV (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) and at least two major paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit) or other platforms like DOOH, OOH, OLV, etc.

• Experience building or managing a brand measurement framework, including at least one of the following: media mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution

• Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets (multi-million dollar), including forecasting, pacing, and financial reporting in partnership with a Finance team

• Experience presenting media performance and strategy to senior or executive audiences, translating complex data into clear, concise business recommendations

• Experience managing an external media agency - Setting briefs, running performance reviews, and holding partners accountable to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health-tech, healthcare, or a regulated consumer category

• Familiarity with first-party data activation and audience segmentation strategies

• Experience that spans both agency-side and in-house roles

• Experience understanding how creative and media multiply the effects of brand campaigns
