What you will do:

Link Logistics is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Director,  Business Partner Advisory, Link Logistics India  to establish and lead the people and talent agenda for its Bengaluru organization.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for an individual who can operate simultaneously as a strategic advisor, organizational architect, talent acquisition leader and execution-focused builder. The Director will create the long-term people strategy for the Bengaluru organization while designing and leading the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and employer positioning through recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, performance and retention.

 

The successful candidate will bring approximately 20 or more years of progressive HR and talent leadership experience, including meaningful experience in start-up, greenfield or rapidly scaling environments. This leader must be equally comfortable advising senior executives, building new programs, solving complex organizational challenges and personally driving critical work when needed.

 

The Director will serve as the senior HR leader and principal people advisor for the Link Logistics India organization and advisor to Head of Link India. The role will partner closely with the central entity P&C team, which provides core HR processes, policies and operational support. The Director will ensure that these services are effectively integrated into the Link Logistics employee experience while retaining clear ownership of the company’s people strategy, workforce priorities, leadership advisory and talent agenda.

 

HR Strategy and Business Partnership

  • Develop and execute the people strategy supporting Link Logistics’ India’s business priorities.
  • Advise the Head of Link India and leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership, talent and culture.
  • Build scalable HR practices that support rapid growth while maintaining an agile, high-performance environment.
  • Lead organizational change and identify workforce capabilities required for future growth.
  • Use workforce data and business insights to guide decisions and measure results.

 

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • In partnership with Revantage Talent Acquisition Services and the U.S. Talent Acquisition team, lead the talent acquisition strategy for Bengaluru.
  • Develop workforce plans, hiring priorities, talent pipelines and market-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Lead executive, leadership and business-critical searches while overseeing the broader recruitment portfolio.
  • Apply U.S. Talent Acquisition best practices and Link Logistics management expectations across sourcing, assessment, selection and onboarding.
  • Advise leaders on hiring decisions and provide insights into the Bengaluru talent market.
  • Establish recruiting metrics focused on quality of hire, time to fill, candidate experience, offer acceptance and retention.
  • Ensure clear accountability, governance and service expectations across Link Logistics and Revantage Talent Acquisition Services.

Employee Lifecycle and People Solutions

  • In partnership with Revantage Services and People Solutions, oversee the employee experience from onboarding through development, performance, engagement, retention and departure.
  • Ensure core HR processes, policies, systems and services are effectively delivered and aligned with Link Logistics’ business and culture.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management and engagement activities.
  • Advise leaders on performance, organizational and employee matters, partnering with People Solutions and other specialists as needed.
  • Establish clear roles, service expectations, escalation paths and measures of effectiveness across the HR partnership.
  • Use employee feedback and workforce data to improve programs, processes and the employee experience.

Leadership, Culture and Team Development

  • Establish and reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, inclusion and high performance.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness and talent development.
  • Identify, develop and retain high-performing and high-potential employees.
  • Build and lead the HR and talent capability required to support the Bengaluru organization.
  • Manage HR priorities, governance, resources and external partners.

 

What you will Bring:

  • 20+ years of progressive experience in human resources, HR business partnership and talent acquisition.
  • Senior HR leadership experience within a start-up, greenfield, portfolio company or rapidly scaling global organization.
  • Demonstrated success building HR strategies, teams, programs and operating models.
  • Strong experience advising executives on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership, talent and change.
  • Deep expertise in strategic talent acquisition, including executive search, talent intelligence and workforce planning.
  • Experience working within complex global, matrixed and shared-service environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru talent market and Indian employment practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Positive employee engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness outcomes.
