The Senior Associate, Content Data Analyst supports global content strategy and senior-leadership reporting by delivering scalable analytics, standardized metrics, and actionable insights across the content ecosystem. This role is internally focused on operational health, content ecosystem efficiency, capability goals, and performance visibility.

The analyst will design advanced dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI, SQL, Python, and strong visualization practices. Outputs from this role are expected to support senior leadership narratives, including Paige/Modo-level and above, by translating complex ecosystem data into concise, decision-ready insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advanced Analytics, Insights and Visualization
  • Build advanced dashboards, analytical models, and reusable reporting assets using Power BI, SQL, Python, and strong data visualization practices.
  • Integrate data from AEM and other content ecosystem platforms to create unified reporting views and insight narratives.
  • Apply analytical techniques to uncover trends, efficiency opportunities, content optimization signals, and capability-level progress.
  • Create executive-ready visualizations and summaries that convert complex datasets into meaningful decisions and recommendations.
  • Global Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with U.S. Content Strategy, global, regional, and operational stakeholders to align reporting priorities and success measures.
  • Prepare insights and narratives for senior leadership audiences, including Paige/Modo-level and above.
  • Facilitate adoption of standardized dashboards and metrics by clearly explaining methodology, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate across content platforms, operations, brand, and analytics teams to ensure reporting outputs reflect business context and strategic priorities.
  • Global Content Metrics and Strategy Enablement
  • Define and operationalize global content performance metrics, including reuse, velocity, quality, cost efficiency, adoption, and capability progress.
  • Translate strategic questions into scalable measurement frameworks, data models, and leadership-ready insight themes.
  • Support planning cycles and capability reviews with clear analysis of trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Content Ecosystem Reporting
  • Develop and maintain global dashboards that evaluate operational health and content ecosystem efficiency.
  • Standardize reporting across systems, teams, and regions to ensure consistent metric interpretation and comparability.
  • Track content lifecycle indicators, platform adoption, workflow performance, and ecosystem maturity across relevant sources.
  • Data Governance and Quality Management
  • Establish standardized metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and documentation for global content analytics.
  • Implement data quality monitoring, reconciliation checks, and governance practices to improve confidence in reported metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics maturity, reporting reliability, and data stewardship across content ecosystem reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

Required

  • Bachelor degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, digital content analytics, marketing analytics, or global reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization/storytelling for leadership audiences.
  • Experience working with large cross-functional datasets, global stakeholders, and complex source systems.
  • Ability to translate business questions into scalable analytical frameworks, concise insights, and executive-ready recommendations.

Preferred

  • Experience with AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, DAM, or related enterprise content platforms.
  • Exposure to content strategy, content ecosystem measurement, operational health analytics, or capability maturity reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, executive storytelling, and ability to influence stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
