Job Description:
CBS Application L2 Support
To provide Level 2 Application Support for the Core Banking System (Finacle 10.x), ensuring uninterrupted banking operations, timely incident resolution, and adherence to SLAs in a 24×7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 Application Support for Core Banking applications (Finacle)
Handle application-related incidents, service requests, and problem management
Perform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application issues
Support application configuration, parameter setup, and minor customization
Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
Support EOD / BOD activities and resolve production issues
Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for bug fixes, patches, and technical resolutions
Ensure compliance with defined SLA and support processes
Prepare incident reports and maintain application support documentation
Work in a 24×7 shift-based production support environment
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Finacle 10.x (CBS)
Good understanding of Core Banking functional modules
Knowledge of banking operations, including:
CASA, Loans, Deposits
RTGS, NEFT
GBM
Trade Finance
EOD / BOD processes
Ability to analyze application logs, errors, and functional issues
Soft Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a production banking environment

Educational Qualifications/ Certifications/Skills
L2- Application Management (CBS)
>3 years
Diploma /Engineering Graduate /Science Graduate/MCA/BCA/ Any Graduate
Good Communication (written/Oral)
Experience of Finacle version 10x Customization, Implementation, Configuration.
Knowledge of Internet Banking
Implementation, Configuration.
Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic, RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD BOD, GBM,UPI,IMPS etc.
Willing to work in 24X7 environment Should have worked in 1 Similar Projects as Finacle Application L2.
