About your role:
As an Incident Management - Advisor I, you will be integral to managing and resolving incidents efficiently within our organization. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and continuously improve our incident response protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Fiserv’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction, ensuring seamless service delivery.

What you'll do:

• Drive the incident management process to ensure swift resolution and minimal business impact.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance incident response strategies and protocols.
• Analyze incident trends and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and comprehensively.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Experience you'll need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in incident management and response
• 3+ years of experience with Confluence and Jira for managing release and incident tickets
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and Kibana
• 5+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or other APM solutions
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite and ServiceNow for incident management
