Position Summary

This position is responsible for driving profitable online sales growth across owned and third-party eCommerce platforms. This role combines sales execution, digital merchandising, and platform optimization to maximize revenue, conversion, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 1-2 assigned eCommerce platforms with annual revenue responsibility of less than $1M, supporting day-to-day sales growth, merchandising, and operational execution

  • Execute platform sales and merchandising activities including product launches, pricing updates, promotions, inventory monitoring, and assortment maintenance under the guidance of senior team members

  • Maintain and optimize product listings by ensuring accurate product content, attributes, imagery, categorization, and compliance with platform requirements to support customer experience and conversion

  • Support promotional and pricing execution by coordinating deal setup, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring timely implementation across assigned channels

  • Monitor platform performance and business metrics, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities while providing regular reporting and basic recommendations to internal stakeholders

  • Develop working relationships with platform partners and internal teams to support business objectives and resolve operational issues

  • Build proficiency in platform tools, analytics, and eCommerce best practices, using available insights and market knowledge to improve listing quality, sales performance, and operational execution

  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity and market trends to support merchandising decisions and contribute to profitable growth initiatives

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience)

  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience required

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software 

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
