Essential duties and Responsibilities: Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems Providing recruiting reports on a weekly basis Assist HR Department with employee on-boarding activities Aid with I-9 and other relevant documents Distribute, review and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and following up, when necessary Additional duties may be assigned Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma (Associates preferred) and a minimum of 1-year HR experience with a proven facility in date entry, customer service, and problem resolution. The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
