Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Timekeeping Systems Analyst with a strong mix of IT and functional expertise in time & attendance systems. This role will focus on system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, along with participation in future system implementation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, solve system issues, and translate business rules into system configurations.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

· Configure and maintain time & attendance systems (rules, policies, workflows).

· Translate business requirements into system configurations.

· Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve system issues independently

· Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for issue resolution.

· Create and maintain system documentation (SOPs, workflows).

· Support system selection, implementation, and upgrades (e.g., UKG/Kronos, Workday).

· Contribute to ongoing system improvements and optimization.

Key Skills and knowledge:

· Strong experience with timekeeping / workforce management systems.

· Hands-on experience in system configuration (rules, logic, policies).

· Solid IT background with logical problem-solving skills.

· Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues independently.

· Good understanding of HR/payroll processes.

· Experience with UKG (Kronos), Workday, or similar platforms

· Exposure to system implementation or migration projects.

· Basic project management skills are a plus.
