About the early team opportunities

We are seeking exceptional talent to build and lead the initial efforts and scale the team. Working alongside Montauk Capital and a network of technical and industry experts, you will shape the company's strategy, validate the technical and commercial opportunity, recruit the founding team, and lead the business through its earliest stages of development and financing.

We're looking for individuals who can operate across technology, product, commercial strategy, and capital formation.

We are open to leaders from nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, and other advanced technology sectors who have the conviction and capability to build a category-defining business.
