How It Works:

1. Submit your online application:

As part of your application, you’ll complete a brief supplemental questionnaire. This helps our Talent Aquisition Team understand your preferences — like what type of interview are you wanting and where you’d like to be placed — so we can tailor the interview process and match you with the most relevant opportunities.

2. Select a time for an interview:

We offer convenient interview slots at 10 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, and 3 PM, depending on current availability. Simply choose a time that works best for you — we’re happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible!

3. Join a brief virtual or phone interview with our friendly Talent Acquisition Team.

4. Complete a quick background check release form:

- Once you’ve completed the interview and background check process, you’ll be placed into our SOS Temporary Program Candidate Pool.

This means you’ll be among the first to hear about job openings that match your skills, experience, and availability. We’ll reach out directly when a position aligns with your qualifications — it’s our way of making sure the right opportunities find you!

Benefits & Pay:

Most roles pay between $15 - $19 hour, depending on the position.

Assignments lasting 6+ months and 20+ hours/week may qualify for:

(Please note: temporary employees are not eligible for paid holidays, vacation, or sick leave, or state matching retirement benefits.)
