The Solutions Marketing Manager will help grow adoption, awareness and market share for Aya emerging business lands across healthcare and education. This role will develop and execute marketing strategies that position our solutions clearly, support sales teams, drive revenue growth and strengthen engagement with healthcare organizations and other target audiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative B2B marketer who can quickly become a subject matter expert, translate complex solutions into compelling customer-focused messaging and lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. This role requires strong writing, market insight, project management and the ability to identify opportunities that help our brands scale and have greater impact.

Responsibilities:  

• Brand Growth and Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that increase brand awareness, generate demand and drive adoption across assigned business lines.
  • Lead email marketing initiatives that apply audience insights and industry best practices to drive engagement, increase adoption and support business growth.
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Build deep knowledge of Aya’s solutions, target audiences, buyer personas, market conditions and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and keep Aya’s brands top of mind with healthcare organizations and target audiences.
• Positioning, Messaging and Content
  • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates Aya’s solutions in the market.
  • Use storytelling to bring customer needs, business challenges and solution outcomes to life across websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, sales sheets, presentations, case studies, white papers and other marketing materials.
  • Create content for websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, sales sheets, presentations, case studies, white papers and other marketing materials.
• Sales Enablement and Cross-Functional Marketing
  • Partner with sales and business leaders to develop campaigns, sales plays, presentations and other resources that support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to execute integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and projects from strategy through execution.

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing 
• Proven experience developing thoughtful marketing plans that drove impact 
• Ability to gain the trust and respect of key internal stakeholders and to quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in marketing and GTM best practices 
• Possess a high degree of comfort leading cross functional teams and individuals  
• Experience driving towards results
• Must be comfortable in ambiguous situations, making hard decisions, being an advocate for getting things done the right way with a large bias for action 
• Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, communicate proactively and seek leadership opportunities

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000.  

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
