For candidates with leadership aspirations, this position offers the opportunity to influence verification practices and contribute to the development of a growing verification function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites covering unit, integration, regression, and system-level testing.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven approaches to enhance test automation efficiency, coverage, and quality.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, verification activities, and test results through well-maintained traceability matrices.
  • Design, establish, and maintain test environments, test rigs, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Star Cool Application Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to define verification strategies, acceptance criteria, and release readiness requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects while supporting root cause analysis and resolution activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within software verification processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality software releases through effective risk assessment and verification reporting.

  • Proven experience developing and executing test cases based on requirements specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Google Test, or similar tools.
