Technical support for both internal and External

• Support production team on product software topics

• Support quality team on product software quality problems

• Support sales and application team to define software solutions

• Follow software development rules, well manage the software’s version release and source code.

• Prepare all documentations for application software like: SRS, Test plan, Manual, Release note etc.
