This includes developing ServiceNow CSM modules, enabling onboarding workflows, supporting customer-facing portals for issue management, automating manual processes, developing AI insights for customers, and integrating ServiceNow with core business platforms through APIs.

The candidate should be able to translate business needs into technical designs, configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, build reliable integrations, participate in agile delivery ceremonies, and contribute to quality engineering practices across the SDLC.

  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with a Scrum framework, including sprint planning, refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.

  • Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
