Experience Range: With at least 4 years of hands-on Java backend development experience, including 2 years specifically working with microservices architecture Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring BootGuide and mentor team members in developing, unit testing, and deploying robust microservicesAnalyze user requirements to define system business objectives and application functionalityWrite well-designed, testable code adhering to industry standards and best practicesTroubleshoot production and environmental issues, collaborating with QA, application support, and business stakeholdersPrepare and produce releases of software components, managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deploymentConduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performanceChampion agile development methodologies, actively participating in grooming user stories and sprint planningRequired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in JavaStrong experience with Spring BootExpertise in designing and implementing microservicesHands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle RDBMS and MySQLProficient in CI/CD tools including Jenkins and MavenVersion control using Bitbucket and GitlabExperience with Docker for containerizationDeveloping RESTful web APIs with Spring RESTSolid understanding of Hibernate for ORMPreferred Skills:
