Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Children Looked After, supporting them to achieve permanence and positive outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with children, carers and families using a restorative approach.
- Complete assessments, care planning and statutory visits.
- Prepare reports, care plans and court documentation where required.
For This Role You Will Need
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Successful completion of ASYE.
- Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services.
