THE JOB:

As the Social Media Manager at Borgata, you will lead social strategy and content performance across the resort’s digital channels. You will use audience insights and campaign data to strengthen engagement, optimize messaging, and bring the Borgata brand to life across entertainment, dining, gaming, and resort experiences. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to turn data into action will help grow Borgata’s social presence and drive meaningful business impact.

THE STARTING RATE: $60000- $82000

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Develop data led creative campaigns which are aligned to brand KPIs, media objectives and are aligned to brand guidelines and across key strategic business verticals
• Manage and cultivate relationships with all major social media platforms, overseeing strategies for leveraging them for MGM Resorts
• A/B test content on key strategic social media platforms to optimize campaign performance.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure social media is accurately represented in key business initiatives, events and activations
• Execute and manage social media activities across the organization as applicable and collaborate with internal cross‐ functional stakeholders across multiple divisions
• Regularly measure and analyze platform insights and data, appropriately translating them into reports
• Analyze the overall performance of various campaigns from all social media platforms and provide key stakeholders results
• Perform other job‐related duties as requested
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 18 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ Years of prior relevant experience in marketing with emphasis on digital/social media; planning and executing social media campaigns required
• Able to obtain Gaming license
