We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Social Media Executive who is highly motivated to work with our Sales and Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Current Responsibilities

• Create and manage various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and produce visually appealing posts.
• Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media efforts.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Current or previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Mafengwo, Ctrip, Fliggy, Qunar, and other relevant Chinese digital platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms for content planning, campaign management, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, algorithm changes, and the Chinese digital ecosystem.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) and English.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality, luxury lifestyle, tourism, or travel industry is a plus.
• Experience working with Chinese KOLs, KOCs, influencers, travel agencies, or media partners is a plus.
